What happened has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with what you asked for.

1) We gave you the switching for free
2) The switching disappeared from your account because we changed something with your game server. We did NOT remove it intentionally.
3) You DEMANDED and started cussing at the support staff because you thought we removed it intentionally.
4) We decided that you were not the type of customer that we should go out of our way for, so told you there would be a charge to put it back.
5) You started opening several tickets about the same issue and continued with your rude and unprofessional attitude towards our support staff accusing us of not knowing what we were doing even though we clearly stated that feature would not be added back to your account for free because of your attitude.
6) The harassment of the support staff continued, you opened disputes with Paypal on your server payments. Because you have a Paypal dispute and there is a question on whether or not we would lose this money from your account we suspended your services.


Maybe you should post that for your 10 year old kid to read so they can explain it to you.

well they do have some good services but sometime anyone can have bad service...no one or no thing is perfect so just think about that
