Horrible, Do Not Buy

I signed up for the Resell Game Server Program, made a username and password, got my coupon codes, and started selling. I sold my first server the night i Signed up. I sold a 32 man 66 tic server for 12 months, and a 20 slot ventrillo. I put in my coupon bought the server. The price is shown below

Alright so now i emailed a counter-strike.com admin, asking how much i should sell the game server for. here is Pete Gilcrease response.
"You can sell the server for whatever price that you want. We suggest that you sell them for the prices that are shown when you are ordering them from us, but that's up to you."

So i sell the server to someone for $500. The next morning i check my email and it says my account and servers have been suspended. Counter-Strike.com Suspended my account and servers, refunded my money back because THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON THE BILLING! Then i recive and email saying

We created your coupon wrong. This is entirely our fault and we will refund your payment for you. It was supposed to be for 20% off as stated in this support ticket, but somehow the coupon gave 80% off instead. The coupon itself has been corrected. Please let us know how you would like to proceed if you'd like a dull refund or charged the additional amount. Again, I appologize for this error.

So they refund my money back for their mistake!! I LOST ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THEY SCREWED UP ON... DO NOT BUY / RENT SERVERS FROM counter-strike.com, THIS MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

Well, it was clearly a Counter-Strike.com mistake, and those can happen on occasion. I'm just curious, all your money was refunded, how did you lose money? Didn't you refund your customer?

Also I'm curious, Counter-Strike.com recommended you sell the server at the same retail price listed on Counter-Strike.com, which is $613.31 after tax. Why did you instead sell it for $500?

It really sucks that this happened to you, and as you can see from the response, it was a mistake and was immediately corrected. Hopefully you'll give Counter-Strike.com another chance, it's a really awesome program that gets even more profitable the more servers you sell.

Garrett, you clearly never intended to use the reseller program. You purchased the game server for yourself and your clan, which was in violation of the reseller program from the start. Your website is a clan website and is not designed to sell game servers. You attempted to take advantage of a generous reseller program designed for only companies or individuals reselling our services as their own.

As I stated in the response to you before your account was ever setup that you receive 20% off as you can see below.

"The coupon code gives you 20% off of the prices shown. The price that you are paying is the price shown after you enter in the coupon code. There's no other charges."

When you placed your order you ordered the maximum amount you could possibly purchase with the coupon code because you clearly saw that there was a mistake made with the coupon code giving you more than what we agreed on.

You also say that you were refunded in full. This clearly means that you did not lose any money, especially since you were never a reseller and never intended to use the reseller program for what it was designed for.
