My Time with Counter-strike.com

Well how to put this. I was refered here by 2 great servers who claimed to have the best provider which was counter-strike.com. I also know now these servers have been moved to new providers.

Counter-strike.com is a very good built website that provides great stuff but there are so many issues that have poped up in the last month i was finally happy to leave this company after only 1 month of payment.

Downtime was awful this month, services were slow and not 100% helpful thought atleast they tryed..

We missed all 4 training sessions this month due to Counter-strike.com downtime. Ventrilo, which was our main reason of joining for a CSS server on counter-strike.com was good but when Counter-Strike.com went down this month, funnily enough so did my ventrilo. Useless even having it.

I will be leaving this company for good, though not many will most likely read this im not 100% convienced that counter-strike.com is the best supplier on the market. I understand everyone experianced these issues and not everyone feels how i feel about this companys service.

Funnily enough my main reason for leaving is because of a terrible thing i saw on numerous times about there website being "Hacked!", forums were down atleast 5 times when i came home from work in a month stating they have been "HACKED! by hackers pal". Obviously this made me unsure wether my details such are card are safe here and is my main reason for leaving.

Overall i would reccommend trying Counter-strike.com for 1 month period and give it a go.

I would also like to add the fact that "Pete" from customer services weas a particular great help to me, he is a very nice moderator and would like to thank him for his time replying to me via email or Tickets.

All of the issues with the site caused by our migration to the upgraded hardware has been resolved. I'm sorry for any down time that you may have experienced during this time, but this will make things faster for the control panel and the overal experience with Counter-Strike.com. I'm glad that you enjoyed your experience overall!
