My Experience with Counter-strike.com

Hello there,

I'd just like to take the time to say how good counter-strike.com were during my time here. We are cancelling our servers with them with no other reason but that we are expanding into bigger things such as a dedicated server. Throughout the time we were here, the support was within 1 hour of submitting which is unbelievably fast. Our servers were always up with no problems on counter-strike.com's side. If there was ever a problem, it was mostly my fault but I could easily get it fixed within 1 hour with their support. The Mod installation was excellent with a range of mods at my fingertips. It was even better because I didn't have to wait an age to upload all my maps through FTP. I could click one button and a choosen map pack would be installed.

I'd just like to say Thanks to all the team members, especially Pete because surprisingly he answered most of my support tickets!

I just want you to know that we provide dedicate servers as well. =) Our dedicated servers come with our control panel already installed on it so you can easily use the one click game installs to manage your server. If you are interested, just let us know!

May i ask, on the dedicated can we run what ever we want on it? say

HL2 server, l2j server and a CSS server?

Yes, you can run whatever games you want on the box. You can even install software like web hosting control panels. You would have full control over the box itself.

We have most Half Life and Half Life 2 based games available to install with a single click already. You can also add other games to the control panel that you want or you can manually run them on the box if that's the method that you prefer. If you have any other questions, just let us know.
