Counter-strike.com servers... are one of the best servers you'll have.
Quick downloads for CAL and lo3 settings.
Quick Map Packs
Quick Replies on Support Tickets (esp. for DLs like noblock and DM/RPG mods.)
HARDLY any server crashes

DragonGameServers... in my opinion has low-grade service, not to be harsh.
-Main Server Mods -- GG Mod; Mani Admin; MetaMod Fix; Unlike Counter-Strike.com's wide selection of mods, though not in Game mods section, if you send in a support ticket Counter-Strike.com installs it in a heartbeat.
-Support Ticket Replies -- Slow, at first they reply semi-quick, but after a day or so on the problem they ignored me on one of my problems, leading me to reinstall EVERYTHING myself.
-NO MAP PACKS! (i think that explains it self)

Well that's all i gotta say.

(NOTE): Owner of our server 3 WILL be switching sometime soon to Counter-strike.com and their great server =P
