Hi,

Only ordered HLStatsX Premium through them, but raised a support ticket for this issue:

Got a quick enough reply. They asked me for my server details, which I supplied, few hours later I got another reply detailing how they had changed my HLStats settings from "Minimum Players - 4" to "Minimum Players - 1".

Looking at my ftp log, they logged on opened my autoexec.cfg and my server.cfg and did nothing to them, so they had at least looked, and I suspect found everything as it should be.

Their "solution" just seemed like a way to get rid of me as they couldn't work out what was wrong, maybe this is a sign that they don't have time for low-end customers?

Not too unhappy, but was a waste of a few bucks.

I'm curious if you responded back with the information that it still wasn't working? If you would have, then we would have continued to work on the problem, but if you don't let us know that the changes that we made did not fix the problem, then I'm uncertain how we would know you were still having problems. If you want to forward me your game server information to pete@counter-strike.com, I can take a look at it myself.
