Excellent server

These servers are awsome, ill be back in the future to get another server when its more convienient for me.

The one thing i was irritated with was the fact that the billing site took too long to process my request to cancel it, and i was still charged......now i owe a grip of cash for this bill cuz i cant currently pay for it...


My problem was that, i have new bills to pay, and this is just something i dont need to be currently spending my money on.

(i need to talk to someone about that last bill and the server asap)

We let you know when signing up to be sure to cancel your account 24 hours before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to let us know so we don't charge your account. If you didn't do this and you were just rebilled, then just open a support ticket within your game server control panel and we can go ahead and refund your payment.
