These people offer the worst servers imaginable, and their customer support is equally as terrible. I had a problem with the server, as it was running at 66tic (which is just ****ing unacceptable cause I cant pwn on a 66tic server, ****in ReacT needs a 100tic to get the auto shotty headshots rollin' in) and when I contacted customer support about the ordeal, I was told to "shove an orange flavored pine cone up my ass".

In closing, I would advise staying away from this server company, as I feel that if you order a server from them they will try to get you to dress up in a pink tutu and pose for glamor shots with a giraffe.

All of our servers are 100 tickrate. You do have the option to change your server to 66 tickrate within your game server control panel, if you want to. This is most likely what happened. Some customers perfer to run at lower tickrates so we provide this option for them. All support tickets are responded to quickly and we continue to work with customers until the issue is completely resolved.

You did, of course, not receive the response that you claim you did. If you provide your username that your account is listed under, we can post the exact details of the support ticket within this thread so everyone can view it. I'm not showing a customer account listed under the email address that you registered in the forums under.

We leave all posts for potential customers and current customers to view and draw their own conclusions about what really happened.

yeah considering your server auotmatically runs 100 tickrate unless you change it your self..support is great here by the way.

you have to laugh at this guy because you read all of the other threads everyone is satisfied

The Customer Server was the best i have ever seen really quick and helpfull.

No problem too big, no problem too small for these guy's/gal's
