download maniadmin, or amxx, whichever... from here: Mods.Counter-Strike.com - Counter-Strike Skins for 1.6, Source and Condition Zero.

and download it to your desktop.
it should be a zipped folder. just open it, and drag whats in it, to your desktop. then login to your server's ftp. go to the cstrike directory, and drop all the files in there, excluding the zipped folder. then your done.
