I just bought a server about 30 minutes ago. I am just wondering where do I find my server's ip address or when do I get it.

IF I have to wait for them to put the server up, how long does it take and do I get an email.

Also by logging into that control panel, is that where I edit my server.

Lastly do failed login attempts in control panel expire eventually, because it says I will be permanently banned if I fail 7 more times. I kept missing a letter.

1- You can find your server's IP in the automated email sent to you. You can also log into your Control Panel and it will be on your Command Line Changer.

2- The server is usually set up within minutes.

3- Yes.

4- If you get banned for failed attempts, please email: helpdesk@counter-strike.com from the email that you signed up with.

For further questions, please send a support ticket via Control Panel.

2: Minutes to at most, from what I have seen, 2 hours FROM PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED.

4: Forums have a 5 login attempts with a 15 minute wait time and the UCP is longer, but I do not know about it being permanent. I haven't ever gotten that far.

Hi getownedizled. I had the same problem before but I just retrieved the ip using the email.

alright thx guys, actually I was being a little impatient, 2 minutes after I made this post, I got the email and I was already setting up my server.

Again thankyou for your support. I actually like it how on these forums, people actually are there and willing to help.

You would be sent the information when you sign up. Please email support@counter-strike.com if you did not immediately receive your account information. Also, please check your junk mail folder.
