Dynamic weapon prices
Is this still in effect? I just bought CS:S and haven't yet played it (have to get faster internet first) and all of what I've read about the dynamic pricing is pretty old. Is this still being used?
From what I've read about it, most players don't really care for it, but I have to admit I think it's a hell of an idea. What are your thoughts on it? To the veteran CS:S players, how has this affected the game? Is it better, or worse?

The server admin has to set it up. It is default set to on when the server is made.

i think it changes weapon prices based on their popularity throughout css. most servers have it off, because if i am right, it increases the price of the popular weapons. i was on a server once, and an m4 costed FIVE THOUSAND FRIGGIN DOLLARS...

Yeah I'm aware of that, but what kind of impact has it had on the dynamics and strategies of gameplay?
