Don't know where this file is ? Goto: My Computer / C: drive / Program Files / Steam / SteamApps / Folder with your game name / counter-strike source / cstrike / cfg / and when you get here look for the config. file


PS. you will need cl_restrict_server_commands "0" if you want to play in a server that is running zBlock

k dude wo it's so much easier than that, while playing in a game or even in the title/opening screen of counter-strike source just press the button directly under your esc button and type....

cl_allowdownload 1

cl_forcepreload 1

cl_restrict_server_commands 0

p. s. - don't put (" ") around the number at the end of these codes when you do it it won't work.

Yeah that is alot Ezer but Some player's need to know how to edit this way... As like I said this leads too bigger and better stuff. As in editing installing plugins.... LoL thx tho.
