In your config.file you need this cl_allowupload "1"
If you do not know where toput it at..
STEAM/SteamApps/your login name/counter-strike source/cstrike/cfg/config.CFG File

Hey you have direct X 9 well try downloading the newest version of direct X .... direct X 9.C and that should work. I had similar problems to that and now it's working ... then again i can't guarentee thats the problem but give it a try dude.

I had a similar problem to that try downloading the newest version of Direct X.... Direct X 9.C .. there might be a newer than that look it up it worked for me but not sure if thats what your problem is ... try it out dude.

Ok go into your config. file and place these in there

cl_allowdownload "1" cl_forcepreload "1" cl_restrict_server_commands "0"

Don't know where this file is ? Goto: My Computer / C: drive / Program Files / Steam / SteamApps / Folder with your game name / counter-strike source / cstrike / cfg / and when you get here look for the config. file


PS. you will need cl_restrict_server_commands "0" if you want to play in a server that is running zBlock

And If the sever has zBlock running on it u'll need this too.. cl_restrict_server_commands "0"
