no an autoexce whatever its called is a file that runs things aoutomaticaly like say I put sv gravity in there then it will automaticaly when the server is on it will run that file and make the gravity to what I ever I put in that sv gravity srey bout speelimg using iPod touch.

You don't need an autoexec.cfg file for anything.

My friend told me i had to add es_load msrpg to start up rpg on server. RPG is a mod
