how to set difficulty level of bots in Counter Strike Source

the question is simple in counter strike condition we were given the option of radio buttons to set

EASY

NORMAL

HARD

EXPERT

mode for AI. or to play a game

how can i do the same thing in counter strike source . what kind of command is required to set the difficulity level or to change the difficulty level to EASY,NORMAL,MEDIUM or EXPERT.

one more thing where all the different types of command to do different types of setting is their is any explaination page or information available online for CS:Source Command Prompt. i know that when you type it gives you the list of Command. some of them are easy to understand but what kind of values that are needed to be put in the prompt is quite confusing.

bot_difficulty *1-3*

If your server is local, type that in console, if you're playing just you against bots locally, same thing.

If you're renting a server, make sure to type "rcon" first

When your making a server theres the option for controlling it, but thats all I know about it.
