Call of Duty ideas in CSS

I've been playing the Call of Duty 4 demo. I found it boring, as the rest of fps which involve progressing (since many years ago I only enjoys fps in enclosed arenas playing with/against bots, deathmatch or with simple tasks like the ones in CSS). However, I saw a couple of ideas that I'd really love to use in CSS: iron sight (for precisse aiming) and the animation of running without aiming with the weapon. Do you know of any script, mod or whatever that makes this possible in CSS? Another posibility would be a mod that allows me to play deathmatch or CSS missions in COD4 against bots. Or maybe another game or mod that has bot support, and the aforementioned features?
