When I try to play CSS It it will start loading css and then it just stops and won't open it. I have already reinstalled steam and css, and turned off my firewall. Please Help

Well, i think this maybe a problem with your graphic card not running your game correctly. If your graphic card is outdated then maybe it will not launch css properly.
