I set up a fast DL web site, I deleted a ton of maps, but they are still taking up my web space. I have run out, and cant figure out how to erase them off my site???

I went into File Manager, clicked Trash, said I didnt have permissions, went to permissions edited, said file didnt exist. So I deleted it, then clicked the Trash Icon in File Manager Again, it said Emptied, but im still taking up 150MB of deleted maps that wont DELETE?!?!?

WTF!
