Why nobody is helping with stats?

...got some problems with HLSTATS!
On hlstats.com no help because we are not direct customers.
On this site just few thread under stats forume and nobody helps.

But I'm paying also for that not just for CS....

what's about guys???

problem I'm experiencing are:

1) we cannot run anu hlstats command as next, pro, clans, kills ... and so on... only commands working are Top, Rank and place.
2) I asked on hlstatsx.com some helps but somebody said "sorry yp are not direct customer, so no help".

Now I'm looking on this forum for any helps.

Could yuu give me a hand?
