If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements that is probably the cause of any issue you are having.

Guys...I cannot join any server which is shown in my server list window..it say protocol version is lower...
Its says that mine is version 5 the req version is 7..how do I update?

Technically yes, but some people have a lot of issues getting it to run.

Re-install the game making sure to check all the updates, and if you have any other firewall besides windows, turn it off while you do it,

I have:

Packard Bell Computer
Intel (R)
Celeron (R) CPU 2.93Ghz
2.00 of RAM
and a Nvidia Geforce FX5500

N its about 3 years old
