Here's the deal:

Ok, i am new to CS:S, and to practice, i launch my own undedicated, locked server thru the main menu, and play against bots. I just noticed that the tic rate was only 33.

Is there any way to increase the tic to 100?

to recap, this is only applicable to a private, locked, undedicated server running bots.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
