need help wit gun game server

ok guys im a **** to this, this is my first server i have ever made using a mod i wont to run a gun game server over my lan i downloaded the mani admin plug in and installed like i should have got hold of the gun game mod and added the text line like it said in the install inst, now when i go to run the server using the in game main links create server i set that up and start to run it, it gets about half way then css crashes plz help me i would love to have a gun game lan server run plz

ok now it loads but the server cmd dont work i enter it in to the tidle key part(ma_rcon es_load gungame3)
and it says ma_rcon unknowen cmd

plz help me
