Default Counter-Strike: Source Crashing when making Offline Server at "Loading Resources"

I am a map maker, and recently when i try to test out any maps, CS:S seems to crash. I thought it was my map at first but I tried to make an offline server ("Create Server") with an official map like de_dust2, and it still crashed while it was trying to load at "Loading Resources". Does anyone know if i can fix this problem and how? I have an error log from xfire - maybe this will come to some help:

Log 1:

I don't know how to fix this, but I'm having the same problem as you are. Now it's been affecting my online game.

I'm having the same problem with CS:S and Garry's mod. I try to make a room or join a server or play single player (jn garry's mod) and it always makes my computer shutdown (i have to make it).

this happened to me in gmod but it not might be the same thing but the prob was that it wouldn't go past the loading screen so what i did was reinstall steam but u could try reinstalling css ( make sure u save all your maps you've downloaded (back up file) )
