trouble with loading screen. please help

please help me.
when i go to CSS, it comes up on the loading screen just before where you click play sever, create sever, etc.
well just before that on the loading screen CSS shuts down and says :the instruction at "0x0f723e2c" referenced memory at "0x0d6dalao" the memory could not be "read"

why is this? i cant get on CSS at all.

What vid card do you have in your PC. And is it updated! I would start there my Friend ; )

yea buddy, its all up to date, i was playing it yesterday but around 5pm it just stoped

Ok did you just install the game cuz. A buddy of mine just bought the game and had some prob. And same error as you are getting an I had update divers and the next day he was CSS ing he heat out ; )

Update drivers as in your DirectX 9.0 also Steam having prob. here



Steam appears to be having problems right now, which is causing this problem. It's a problem with users and their ability to log in and out of Steam. It is not a problem with your server and there is nothing that you can do until Steam fixes the problem.
