Default counter strike desynchronises? packet loss jumps to 50-65

after a while of playing the game suddenly starts to lag packet loss jumps from 0 to 50-65
it can happen after 2 minutes or much later sometimes it happens even after an hour of playing on the same server

if i join a different server theres no packet loss there(until the same problem posted above occur)
but if ill go back to the one where i had the packet loss the situation didn't change there
to be able to play(on the server where i started to loss packets) i have to leave the server wait about 10-20 minutes if i wont leave the server just wait there the situation wont go back to normal(i left my pc on a server when the packet loss started and went back after 3h and it was still lagging)

my connection settings in cs are:
rate 20000
cl_rate 20000
cl_cmdrate 400
cl_updaterate 100
cl_backup 6

if i lower my cl_updaterate when the "packet loss" starts it lowers the packet loss to
on cl_updaterate 10 i have about 27-28 packet loss...

normally i have no problems with this settings when it doesn't start these weird thing
if ill ping the server from "run" when this problem occur its not loosing any packets there it is just in the game (similar thing happens in counter strike source)

this is how the net_graph looks like when ive got the packet loss

anyone has any ideas how to fix it or stop it when it starts ?
or maybe someone can explain me what is the problem and why does it happen ?

Sounds more like a network/internet issue. I would reset the network devices and do simple computer maintenance like disk cleanup and defrag.

your cl_cmdrate is really high 8-O try altering your rates abit, maybe delete your config.cfg file to reset settings to default, then see if it changes anything. This way we can rule out the settings atleast.

Call up your ISP and have them run a diagnostic. Our provider can tell me all kinds of info, and if they come out can check for signal loss as well.
