When i press my a or d key which i use to strafe sideways, i move twice as much than normal,, this is becoming relal annoying when im trying to run and awp because when i ussually stop im still moving to the side. Also i was in rafters on nuke and i hit strafe as much as id normally need to, to get to the edge, because it was double the distance i feel of rafters. Its becoming a real pain and im not sure how to fix. I havent changed any settings and my sidespeed is on default which is 400, any suggestions?? Really appreciate!!

Go to your options and reset to default controls then edit as needed. If you are the owner of the server check the movement configurations in the server.cfg file.
