All the servers that are found are foreign, so my ping is over 300... The rest are LAN games. The only server I could get on was ManchVegas United, but somehow I got banned. I tried to using game-monitor.com to find servers, but when I enter an IP for a server, nothing happens :/. Can someone please help? I can't play CS anymore because there are no American servers >.<.

Also, I can't see Chat messages. When someone or I type something, this comes up: Cs_chat_all. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Any suggestions....? Any1?! I only get 1300 servers in my list and they are ALL foreign. Or can atleast someone give me a good dedicated American server?

that is strange. do you have a country filter on your ingame server browser? do you have ping limits?

If I use a country filter for US- West or US -East I only get about 5-9 servers... All the California ones are LAN though :/

Also, how do I fix the chat problem? I can't communicate in any way >.<

I REALLY need help with this. I need a good dedicated US server, and I also need to know how to view chat messages. Somebody please help me out

Check your config file (C:/program files/steam/staemapps/username/game_folder/cfg/) for what region your set to. If nothing is wrong with that have you tried reinstalling the game?

Worst case download something like game spy arcade, or a site like Servers playing All Games | Server / Player Search | Game - Monitor . COM to find a server

thanks for your help, but how can i fix the chat message problem? I have tried reinstalling the game but nothing happens... I am using the "non-steam" version. BTW I tried game monitor, but almost every IP I enter doesn't work :/
