ex_interp problem

ok well i heard about ex_interp 0.01 and about its better to use i use to have my default stats and now i changed them all to
rate:25000
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
fps_max 101
ex_interp 0.01
and now i did all of that its all choppy and players are like skippy i tried 0.02 its fine but i need 0.01 wat do i do ???? to fix or is there somtin better to use for rates

well, if 0.02 is working for you, then 0.02 is better than 0.01, isnt it.

just stick with what works. there's no reason to change, even if you had been using 0.01 before.

well, i THINK that the interp has something to do with the way you set your cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate look around for help on the internet (google ex_interp)

just set your ex_interp 0
then it automatically adjusts the ex_interp to what is BEST FOR YOUR SETTINGS

ex_interp 0.01 doesnt make you a pro,

reason why it's lagging is because your setup isnt perfect to see everything 'pure' without cs 'guessing'
in reality this makes very little difference, and personally, id rather play and see everything more or less fluent, then having to see my game 'chopped up'



edit : the rest of your stats are how they should be to be able to compete in normal leagues.
put cmdrate 95 and backuprate 2 and you'll have a perfect netgraph
if not, i would seriously recommend you to get a new pc :]
