New CS 1.6 server trying to get off the ground! Please help!

I along with my friend have been playing CS for years, and used to run a server 2 years ago. We stopped playing for almost two years and decided to play again and start up a server. But now we don't really know anyone who plays anymore and have trouble filling the server at all. Please stop by and help out or if anyone has tips on how to fill a new server please provide! Thanks
