does anyone know how to make a cs video without using Fraps but with windows video maker?

Windows Movie Maker does not capture video. FRAPS does, and you can put the video from FRAPS into Windows Movie Maker.

everytime i use fraps its really choppy

Then set the framerate to 60 FPS.

This is what i do i go in console and start demo then name them so i can remember so i get full footage then play demo and record that with fraps so i dont miss anything good in the 30 second time

Hmm, You cant set it to 60 fps o.O u need to register. well i know how to make a demo and stuff but like i dont know wat to do to edit it >_< i have a really tiny brain, can anyone post a tutoral?

its easy just make a demo and then start FRAPS
record the parts you want while watching the demo
go to the fraps movies folder and then drag to desktop then launch windows movie maker
click import movie
