dead automatically

i was playing in a server in CS 1.6 when some admin submitted some command that made me always die automatically once i move i can buy weapons but when i press the front arrow or any moving button i get killed automatic and this happens in every server i enter in the game even i cant play in my own server or create one, please need help to resolve this problem and to prevent it from occuring again, and whether there is some program that can protect me against such losers that controls some servers, by the way i didnt do anything abusive while playing he was just a loser as i said...

one cheap way that some people do is they unbind ur keys and bind them to "kill"

so go to Options >> Controls >> and click on Defaults.
hit ok. (make sure u hit ok)

and than try it..

or u can type unbind all in console ...
