Please help!, error while "establishing connection to server"

Please help, I got error while connect to the server. Counter Strike just frezze every time I get to "Establishing connection to server"

I tried to start a game on my computer and it would freeze when it get to "Starting local server" or "precaching resources"

This not happen everytime but 8 of 10 times trying connect and very annoying. Anyone know the reasons why ? I research on Google and the only I see was they said to set the "port forwarding" in my router ? Is this true, I tried this and not working

1) Simply restart Steam. This is so simple that a lot of people forget this
2) If that doesn’t fix it, and it didn’t for me, then re-login to Steam. Launch Steam, then under settings click the ‘Login as a different user’ button and re-enter your username and password. This fixed it for me, I haven’t had any problems since.
3) Failing that locate your steam folder, usually in the program files directory, and delete the ClientRegistry.blob file and restart Steam and bingo! I can’t testify that this works because the previous solution fixed my problem. If it works, or doesn’t, then leave a comment.

With all these errors I wonder if Steam is having a connection error on their side auth'ing players.

Yes, I see that now. Maybe once a issue is solved or gets old you mods could lock it? I was just looking thru the issues and happened to click this one. This site is slow compared to the other borads I go to. I'm used to having to check them 4-5+ times a day and having 30-50 new threads per secion so you can see how I kinda picked this one. Also I lock solved and old threads.
