Connecting to server issues

ok heres my problem

half of the time the shit connects to servers like normal plays fine and all that, then some times when ill go to play again, whenever i connect to a server it will say establishing network connection to server, for 1-2 minutes, then say connection to server timed out, sometimes it will say retrying connection(1-2 etc)

Also, whenever i go to connect, all the servers list loads, and whenever it doesnt connect and i go back to the server list, and refresh, it says Server is not responding to all servers.

ive looked around and havent seen this problem yet, im not under no firewalls or anything, the port tester thing says all my ports can be reached or whatever, but if anyones got some info id appreciate it

Hmmm... i have no clue about your problem, But you can be a bit more respectful with your language you have no clue who looks at this site little kids, religous but Gl, with solving your problem.
