How do I change class?

Hi. I own both CS 1.6 and CZ. I was reading the commands page on this site and came across the "cr_demoman #" command and the other ones (spy, sniper, etc) and I was just wondering how to enable demomen and snipers etc. in my own server because they sound interesting with their special weapons. I would also like to know how to enable ranks (the "/rank" command) on my server. Thanx all.

P.S. My steam was knocked out yesterday I think by the storms in seattle and now it is back up but I still cant play my games and the store and friends doesn't work.

The demoman, sniper, and spy are all classes from the game "Team Fortress Classic" which also runs on the Half-Life engine, which is probably why they are in the commands.

Oh ok, thanx JC, that clears that up for me. It's a bit of a bummer though because it sounds interesting.

Just to continue what I finished saying at the end of my last post, did this happen to anyone else??? Oh yay! I just got home from work and I can play CS now. Yipee!!!

When you're playing out a war, You only need to press "M" button on your keyboard. but it has an effect that you'll be dead in your last class.
