connection issues...

Well hey everyone, im new to these forums, and well i can't connect to counter-strike on any of my computers. they all say the same damn "steam is having trouble connecting to steam servers." and theres a troubleshooting tips button, i click on it and guess what, i dont get a damn thing. it can't find the page. and well, this is the first times this has happened to me in the 3 months that ive been playing counter-strike.... is there anything i can do to fix this? i re-installed steam, and it doesnt get past the loggin screen besides to give me that stupid error... and what i don't get is that i was playing counter-strike last night with out a problem... so, what can i do?

I get the same and i think servers r down on steam

yeah, they're still down. I dont remember this happening before. If so, anyone remember how long they were all down for?

'Cause I too want to shoot the hell outta some folks. Maybe get a knife or two in too

I have had this problem before, a matter of fact lads
i had this problem yesturday. I decided to look for any storms
and i found one in the direction of Seattle, thats what was affecting
mine yesturday m8 and that could be affecting yours now, try later
or the next day, you might find your self lucky
