Just wanted 2 say hi...........and can u help me

Hi guys,

I ve just joined so i thought id say hello, nice looking site.
I played cs a couple of yrs ago, but havent been into the game 4 a good while. I ditched the pc, and have gotten a good spec laptop, with a large screen , so its fine 2 game on. I couldnt remember all all my comand settings fps etc, so my friend came over and changed them so it was running faster. Thing is since he has done this ive noticed that when im playing, it dosnt matter whick server im on, after about 10 minutes i dont seem able 2 run, its asthough my character is moving slow. What was him running is now him walking, and what was him walking is now him barely moving. Any ideas guys???
