free admin giveaway in a nice 1.6 server!!!

my buddy just bought and started up a nice chicago server(so good pings on all coasts) and we're tryign to get the server popluated, so hes gonna be giving away free admin privleges to a few lucky people who stick around in the server a play with us for a while and help get this server known and populated
