Alright, uhhh my cousin is on 768k dsl western broadband provider and he is a cs fanatic much like me
and he gets random lag spikes durring the day mostly sometimes at night he gets around 60 constant then it will jump to like 200-300 then back down every 8 or so seconds we have searched all over for rates cause we heard that may be the problem, but nothing worked i realy want him to play lag free if anyone can lemme know anything about it, i would most appretiate it, thx and peace~Wes~ |

He may want to check his client settings with the link provided below, but if that doesn't work it's most likely his internet provider, which he'd have to contact them about the problem:

Ya, he lives kinda out in the bonnies he was on 56k untill the start of this year, so dsl was a stretch for were he lives. I live in ceader park in texas a bit from austin and i have cable but its probobly his internet provider
