Default Resolution Problems

Ok, I was messing around with my config, trying to get the right size and what not and messing around with my video options and I somehow got to the point where the resoultion is wayy off and now my 1.6 wont open. I've tried using the advanced options cmd for both video and regular screen resoultion size but that didn't seem to do anything. Any help would be highly appreciated!
