Commands in console do NOTHING!!
I cannot bind keys, and commands that I type in the console do not have any effect. As such I can type developer 1 but it does not take me to dev mode. I can bind a key to something(such as ultimate for warcraft mod or superhero powers) but again, no effect. Can anyone help me?
