Problem when i start a dedicated server without steam
hello guys i play counter strike 1.6. but when i start a dedidcated server it says that the game is condition zero. and also it seems that others cannot see my server can anyone help me out here. the onli way anyone can join was to give them the ip address of my server. and even i have add my server's ip address to my favourites in order to see it and join. any help from people who manage their own servers? ty
