Hi to all. I have a problem. I and my friends want to play cs 1.6 online. But we want to play alone. We thought that one of us who have real ip create the server and we can connect to him, but this method doesn't work. Maybe we must have server's part for this. If anybody can help us, please write the answer. Thx.

you will need to make sure that your friend does not have a firewall up, and if he/she is using a router or hub to have it setup correctly

I make sure that my friend doesn't use firewall or hub. I try to connect to him when he creates the server and I wrote into console: connect (ip

ort). But this method doesn't work. And how to create the cs server we don't know. That is the problem.... Sorry for my english, I know this language not well. Thanks a lot.

all you gotta do is click new game then after u made ur game open ur console and type in sv_lan 0 and he can join your server
