If your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements that is probably the cause of any issue you are having.

Ihave A Amd Duron 800 Mhz 512ram 32 Mb Video Card Nvidia Geforcef Fx 5500 Windows Xp And I Have Just 20 Fps Can U Help Me???????
O,yes I Have Disenbeld From The Video Card Vertical Sync,antialiasing Settings And Anisotropic Filtering And I've Seted The Image Settings At "high Performance" I Realy Dont Know What Is The Problem!

CS1.6 has pretty much the lowest req in the games we play today.
