As I said earlier it should, but it doesn't always. It's not really the game in my opinion but Steam and Vista. Someone has said it's Steam and Office but I have Office, Steam, and Vista on my HP and all work perfect. So, I don't know, Steam probably has no idea, and MS doesn't care what the problem is.
