How to create a CS 1.6 Server [ With Steam ]

Umm,,, I did everything right, Now, when i click on the icon, it shows everything, split second, then it's gone, then nothing happens!? Whats up with that, care to explain what i might have done wrong?

I re-did everything, the only thing left to do is run the server.cfg file, i can't seem to execute it, how??

I have a Big problem...

My HLDS worked fine but are 2 days I can't play about Latency.....

The connection is good, (i try with 2 nice connection) but just i go in the server, my latency go to 700,800 ecc.. I play in my lan.... and i'm crazying I don't know wath is that...

Somebody can help Me please??

I don't know the direct link, to lazy to look but copy and past the AMX Mod X to google, and the link is the first site that comes up, after that, select Download, and on the left side of the screen, click on the FUL DOWNLOAD button, and you have the complete setup folder of AMX Mod X.


HINT: The free server doesn't work... I tried everything from config files and such, it won't allow you to open ports to let users come and play, and you must have a good computer, with a good graphics system and mother board, or not going to work...
