    If you run your own server it is free other then the cost of the computer and your monthly internet connection

    This tutorial is for created a 'Dedicated server'?

    If so, I heard that when one creates a server like this, you're own ping is better than the people who join your server and there ping is like 100, is this true? I just heard about it, but I don't know if it's true or not.
