Delete the ClientRegistry.blob and steamclient.dll files from your base Steam folder and restart Steam.

lolol CS 1.6 AND CSS SERVERS ARE FOR FREE.
JUST DOWNLOAD STEAM CREATE AN ACCOUNT (MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PASSWORD GOT NUMBERS CAUSE HACKERS) whene it's done open steam go online than go to TOOLS you'll see a RED H named DIDCATED SERVER
JUST DOWNLOAD IT
OH AND THIS ONE IT CAN USE ASS HL2 SERVER.

For those of you having port errors, if your using a router access your router and enable port forwarding, refer to your user manual / manufacturers website on how to do so, also people that are having problems not being able to have people connect to you, and your running behind a router then your using your lan ip from your router, windows xp and vista users all you have to do is go to start, find the run program, xp its right there when you hit start, vista its in the accessories part of your start menu, when the run part comes up, type in cmd.exe, then once the cmd window pops up type in ipconfig /all then it should tell you your lan/wan ips. hope this helps
