who nows where can i download a game couter-strike 1.6

you have to buy it. Once you buy it you can download it through steam.

Downloading a pirated copy isn't promoted nor condoned by counter-strike.com, you won't info where to download it from here. Plus if you do get a pirated copy your going to have many problems just try to play it online.
