Default Network Problem!!

Guys wen i start my CS1.6 my lan gets unplugged...
can ne1 help me out ??
wat can i do so dat i am out of dis prob ??? plz help

Tell your friends to stop unplugging your cable.

What do you mean unplugged? Like you lose connection? What internet do you have? What hardware do you have?

its sum kind of network prob i think..

unplugged in sense.. local area conn gets disconn nd wen i quit cs it is plugged again..
tried installing cs agn but it doesnt help me out..
is it ne kind of virus or windows firewall blocking ?

Make sure that it ONLY happens when open CS. Tell us if it happens in some time intervals or not only when opening Cs... Do this because this problem is very rare. Try change the cable that connects your computer to your router/modem. Or at least, change the heads.

Make sure windows firewall is off, as well as any anti-virus or firewall software. You can also look at your router manufacture's website and see what they say to do to turn on the hardware firewall or if there is a specific setup to use for games/CS.
