Problem with finding servers (Non Steam)

Hello fellas,
I installed cs 1.6 non steam version on my pc couple of minutes ago and i have problem with finding servers.When ever i go to the internet tab and choose my filters i cant find anything.Also i can not add servers by ip (Favorites->Add Server),nothing happens once i do that.When i try to connect over console (connect server ip) i just get an error Failed to contact game server....
So can anyone help me solve this problem,i am on wireless connection,my download speed is 3,94 mbps and my upload speed 2,88 mbps,?!

Well you aren't the first, nor the last. The old master server is no longer. You'll have to find server via a web search as the only master server running is Steams.

Well i cant agree with you on that one,i used to be able to find server over the internet tab....Plus as i said in my first post i am not even able to add servers over ip,since i cant get a response from them.I have no idea what can be a problem....

Well not having Non-Steam I can't tell you the files names of what to delete to "reset" the server listings. I will Google it and see what I can find.
